Breakfast buffet was good. Room was basic for $300/night. Stayed in better for less.. Front desk women were really kind at check-in.

Where is the maintenance Department??? Rooms are in need of repair Sinks does not drain Shower head and tub spout need replaced Bring your own air conditioner No water fountains Time to find another hotel Been coming here for the last 20 years

I understand that parking anywhere downtown Ft Worth is minimal, but guests should not be charged for parking. Simply put it in your rate.

Jason at the valet was amazing! Super informative. So much so that I didn’t even have to ask a question. He just filled me in with all the information that was necessary to know about the hotel and its property and it was awesome. Definitely coming back! 10 stars!
