Homeless people lurking outside, run down interior, no carpeting in the hallway stairs, torn carpet, stained furniture, dirty toilets room noise . The key to the side doors don't work all the time. The empty space behind the hotel is littered with homeless junk. View of a homeless guy living behind the subway sandwich shop. The bathroom door hit the toilet when you opened the door so the door can't open all the way. TV remotes worthless. No ice in fridge (it's not working) and they hotel had no ice (hmm there is a place to buy ice next to the hotel you cheap owners). I wasn't "allowed" to take ice I needed for my medicine. There was no coffee left during breakfast hours ("we don't make more") front staff rude and clueless, caught one making a face at me when I turned around abruptly after asking for ice. it's a run down hot mess. shame on you for calling yourself IHG.
