Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was awesome! We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Breakfast was great, loved the omelettes.

Wife & I arrived at 230pm and as Hilton Honors members sometimes get to check in early. The young hispanic girl at the desk told us no rooms were available yet even though we had reservations. This was on a Thurs afternoon with the parking lot empty. So we had to wait 1 1/2 hrs until 4pm, check in time, then mysteriously a room was now available. The whole time her face was glued to her internet terminal looking at something, never once looked up. I will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Hyatt hotels have better customer service. Also, they charge 12 dollars for breakfast even though they advertise free breakfast...never again Hilton.

It did the trick for a quick girls getaway and not spending much time in the hotel. It’s a little rundown but again totally fine to crash after a night out.

Upon arrival and check out there was no one covering rhe desk. The room smelled damp, stall and it did not improve during my stay.
The desk clerks seemed to wander about the hotel and there was no calling bell to get help you just had to wait until they decided to come back.

We arrived at 4:45 and our room was not ready; check-in is 4pm. Staff was working alone at the counter therefore she was also busy trying to help others. Our wait for the room was 15 minutes. We stayed in the King Suite; very spacious and accommodating however the level of highway traffic noise is truly terrible. We barely slept due to this fact alone.
