Hilton Fort Worth

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they "didn't know how that had happened" like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

The service was great!! Although the bedsheets looked a little dirty, the room was very nice. The temperature in the room wouldn’t go below 70 degrees. The shower was absolutely amazing, the room was clean and on the 11th floor.

I was giving friends in town a tour of DFW. They were interested in seeing sights related to JFK so we went to the JFK tribute which is next to the hotel. JFK stayed here his last night and gave a speech in the ballroom. They have a really nice presidential suite that has JFK memorabilia as well. The concierge, Courtney, was super sweet and took us up to see it!

I was greeted by the bellhop and front desk personnel. Later the maintenance staff, Deanna, and the afternoon staff from the restaurant answered questions and brought my food. Every person who works here was gracious and smiling. It made for a very pleasant stay. The beds are super comfy as well!

Fantastic stay! Service was exceptional all the way around. We really appreciated that the valet service is not out in a busy street, but rather on a dedicated driveway in front of the hotel. We spent three nights here, and it was by far the best hotel experience so far in Sundance Square. The room was immaculate, and customer service was courteous, fast, and reliable. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, drinks at the bar, coffee in the coffee shop, and everything was perfect! Dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was amazing, and overall, this was our favorite hotel in Fort Worth, hands down! We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends.

The service was great, the room was beautiful and the pools are amazing.

Swarna is very professional in her work. She is a very good waiter that takes care of all the customers in the herb and kitchen. I am staying here for several day, and I noticed that all the times I come here, she always gives a very good services.
