After traveling 500 miles with a life-threatening medical condition that is exacerbated by stress, I arrived to find that the Sonesta had overbooked rooms and my reservation was being denied. They knew they weren't going to give me a room for at least SIX HOURS, but did not have the decency to call or email.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. However, breakfast variety wasn't good. Heard knocking sounds as well all through the night.

This hotel must have been a renovated from an apartment complex. It was not as clean as expected and had a certain smell to it.

Stayed 5 nights, not offered new towels or coffee refills, no garbage removal had to go ask. Very clean & comfortable and very affordable

This was our first time staying here it was very clean and quiet the room was spacious. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook and the staff were friendly and we even got a early check in with no problem. Will stay here again can’t beat the price either.

It had every convenience. The only thing to note is how truly sensitive their room keys are. They seem to stop working at the drop of a hat. Also love their breakfast!
