Amazing hotel! Can’t recommend enough.

good hotel clean and friendly.

The valet and greeters were friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. suite was very nice and clean. Pleasantly surprised that there were two tv sets, one in the living area and a secondary one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool area is small, but I'm not traveling with children, and it was nice that I can float. Jacuzzi was hot to my taste, yet not hot enough for my husband. The Jacuzzi did not have a strong jet stream. Unfortunately, the women's restroom is missing a sink. Breakfast was great! Fresh hot pancakes and eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it a score of 4.8. Sad that the patio area was not available to the public. Because of the location, service, and now knowing that the place is available for events, I know I will be promoting this location for my high school reunion.

Great stay in downtown Ft Worth. The valet parking staff was professional as were the front desk. Breakfast was great. Great location.

The first day we arrived we went to the complementary snack and drink reception on the 7th floor. The bartender had 0 customer service with our entire group, a group of 6. We just chalked it up to she was having a bad day. We later ate at the restaurant that was in the lobby of the hotel. Our waitress was SO good!!! Promise, was the waitress’s name, she was the only good thing about our stay. The next day we went out to do our daily activities. We came back to freshen up for dinner and go try the 7th floor drinks again. Again, the bartender still had 0 customer service. Later that night after a dinner out, we came back to the bar to have a few drinks. The night before we had set at the tables- had great service. We sat where we were the night before and got 0 service. The bartender passed us 6 times and never once checked on us. Short staffed or not-still had 0 customer service. The bar was about to close so a few people in our group went to get beer, they arrived with the beer and we closed our tab with the bar. The bar was now closed and the bartender (finally) came to our table to tell us we were not allowed to drink because the bar was still open. She advised us that if we wanted to have our beer we had to go to the 7th floor. That night we went back to shower and out of our 3 rooms we reserved none of us had hot water. All 6 of us took luke warm showers. The next day we were had dinner at the hotel. Promise was great again that night. Best service we had at this hotel. The valet was great. The bartender was awful. We have stayed at many many many embassy suites and we have never stayed in one as awful as this.

Kimberly Awesomeness was the best! She made our visit a 5star experience! Make sure to ask for her…. Her drinks are outstanding!!!!! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Manager happy hour is a must! Free drinks and appetizers for 2 hours!

The hotel is nice but small. All the staff was helpful. The beds were not super comfy but breakfast and complimentary hour was good!
