Had a nice stay aside from upstair rooms stomping at late hours.
Gym was nice and clean as was the rest of the Property.

I stayed at this chain every evening while in Texas and this hotel had the best service. All the hotels provided similar accommodations but your hotel followed guest service to the “t”. Verified my card and who I am. Sent me a text to check on if my room was ok and then gave me the qr code by giving a card. Job well done!

This is our second time to stay at this hotel within three months, and the reason we chose to stay there again was because of the quality of our previous stay and the breakfast options. This time the elevator was broken the whole weekend we were there, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. We found something of value in the room and inquired if the previous guest had reported having left something and we were demanded that we hand it over! We do not believe that was the way to handle that situation!

Roaches in the bathroom. The safety lock was broken, and the elevator was also not working. I have a bad back, had I known, I wouldn’t have booked.
