The front desk staff were courteous. Housekeeping could be a little better. Floor in my room had not been vacuumed. But overall decent place to stay.

It was close to a drugstore and aTargét. There was like the same person making WAY TOO MUCH NOISE. As the last time I was there, I had the same problem.

Dirty. No breakfast. Strong smell of cigarettes. Required $100 cash deposit at check-in. Which is stated nowhere while booking. Staff was nice though.

Started off not so good, as the night got later, heard the arguments. Sunday morning had to leave very early there was no front desk staff , front desk was dark, I finally found him to get cash depot back.
( they don’t seem to accept cards). Out
in the parking lot was shocked at hearing music going on from one of the rooms upstairs luckly not near mine, that had an open window and lots of laughter going on. Felt sorry for anyone around that room that was trying to sleep.
I thought this was a good area lots of food and entertainment places to go to close by. Have been to the other hotels around this one before so it really shocked me.

I didn't like the staff they were rude and told us it was our responsibility to take our dirty towels to them and even then they would not give us clean ones. The trash can was full of trash upon arrival.

This was the single worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. This property is very poorly maintained and should NOT have a Extended Stay America flag on it, as it truly does insult the brand. I have such a long list of items to share that were just bad or terrible, or worse that I don't think I will have room to share it all. But know that between killing bugs, and feeling as though I needed to shower after I left the hotel, there is absolutely no way I would ever consider staying at an Extended Stay America location again.
