Wyndham needs to remove their name from this venue and terminate the franchise agreement with this operator. The room they gave us only had the sheer curtains on the windows, there were no black out curtains. I explained this to the front desk person. He said he would have the maintenance man put up the curtains instead of relocating us to a different room. We came back to the room where the curtains were not hung, he stated they did not have blackout curtains for this room. I then went through inspecting everything in this room. The fan in the bathroom had dust and hair on it. It was never cleaned in however long. When the desk clerk was checking the curtains I told him the pool which had algae in it was a health hazard, he stated it is broken. I questioned him how long it was not in service and why they did not get someone to repair it so it was operational. The people were using the hot tub which uses the same filter. That was not cleaning the water.

The overall stay was ok. The bathroom had toothpaste in the sink, a stain in the bathtub, and the shower head needed to be cleaned. Beds were hard. Make sure you test the outlets for charging electronics. Several outlets were tied to the light switch, therefore when the lights were off the outlets didn’t work. Different rooms had different tvs and remotes. Only certain buttons on the remote worked. Good location for restaurants. Friendly staff.

Had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience.
