We stayed on a Sunday night which should have been a low volume night for people to stay. Our room was fantastic. The amenities were outstanding I need to get a good night rest in preparation for a major surgery the following day. There was a couple that checked in around 2:00am and were very loud and obnoxious. They apparently were there for a consensual pay for services stay. After a loud early morning stay there was slamming of doors and cursing around 3:30am. I believe couple left at that time. My point is, I don’t understand why a different room could have been used for this couple. I was in a first floor handicap room and checked in on crutches. We discussed with the desk person that I was having surgery and needed to get a good night of sleep. The facility was very nice and hospitality was great. I would have appreciated the consideration when assigning rooms to patrons.

This stay was absolutely terrible. The room had holes in it, we waited 20 minutes to check in because the receptionist and I quote “was too busy gossiping” and then we had to have staff that wasn’t even a receptionist check us out because there wasn’t a receptionist in sight for over 30 minutes. We called the front desk while standing there and it was ringing for over 15 minutes.

Wouldn’t clean room, even when asked. Had to go to desk to get extra towels at least twice during the stay, otherwise hotel fit our needs

The room was very clean and ready when we arrived. We were checked in quickly. The beds were comfortable.
Unfortunately, the lobby was excessively cold due to a set of the front doors malfunctioning. This made it unbearable. Breakfast was served very late, which was a problem since we had to leave early for an event. The employee even told us we were rushing him when breakfast was already 10 minutes late. Because the lobby was so cold, eating was not enjoyable and the food was cold as well.
The room was good, but our morning was rough.

We arrived late our first night and the room was very hot. The second night I asked for more shampoo and towels since our room wasn’t cleaned. I was told there was no shampoo and was given the towels I needed. The third night the room was still not cleaned and we needed towels. Shampoo and toilet paper. I was told there was none and would have to wait for housekeeping the next morning. The man was pretty rude. Never asked me what room so this continuous problem would be addressed. Another employee did get to for us. I told another lady at the front counter about our situation the morning we left.
