I tried to book the hotel on May 27th and my card was declined. Since it was a non refundable room and my card was declined, I believed the room was not reserved. 4 days later, the hotel reruns the card without letting me know. I called and asked them to cancel and refund. The GM told me it's company policy and they cannot refund. Also, she says they have the card on file and can rerun (4 days later?) since they have authorization and they have a reservation. I am not sure how I have a reservation for a room when the payment was declined and it specifically says it's a prepaid non refundable room. This is really scary that the hotel can run a card 4 days after it was declined and are not willing to refund the money.

Kendra and Hannah were amazing. They are the reason I’ll be back. Great service all around. Room is awesome. But customer service is what sets this place apart from the competition. If you’re in the area and need a place to stay. This is the spot.

Great stay ! Happy hour was great . Kendra at the front desk is a rock star. Took care of us with some great drinks and appetizers at happy hour . Was headed out to eat but stayed at the hotel instead and had a nice meal. Ask for an end room if you can , very comfy

Kendra was very hospitable and welcoming. She informed us of specials and other information about breakfast hours and restaurant food. She went above and beyond expectations. The hotel property was top notch and convenient to restaurant locations nearby, including an AMC movie theater.

The Hyatt at Alliance Town City is a very new and nice hotel. The staff and house keeping were amazing. The breakfast bar was well stocked with great options.

1st I would like to say Kendra at the front desk and bar was wonderful. All her help was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was the lack of TV for the 2 NBA game Seven’s. For two nights my kids had to face the rough and rugged world of no TV land.

Everything located on premises. Good breakfast, Starbucks , bar and restaurant food available on site. Used gym for a Workout. Good comfortable beds and rooms.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had alot to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
