The staff was rude very rude

Because I complained my 1st night there about my room not being what I booked & how dirty it was even though the morning person said I'll make it right they cancelled my 2nd reservation with no notice saying I can't stay there anymore well ya know what stay far from this place it's garbage! I will never stay there again & will warn everyone stay away

Stay away from this place !!! Horrible in every aspect.

The first person was nice and kind full. They mad me give a $100 CASH deposit. Which it does not Stat that anywhere on the site. There was no breakfast like it was stated on the site. Just coffee. The hall way has really bad odor. The elevator was down. By the way it seems to be down for a long period of time with no intention to getting it fixed. What if an person with an handicap booked a room and yall not informed them of that. The room was filthy it had a dead roach in the corner. The bathroom was not clean. It had soap suds in the tub like someone has already used it. When I checked out I had to wait for inspection. When asked about room service. She informed me that they do room service once a week. When I told her about the room situation she then told me that it was suppose to be clean. It's no way that a room can be inspected plus clean with us walking into a situation like that. False advertising no good service.

Prior to check-in I called the front desk with a question and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. On the phone I was told my room had been downgraded from two queen beds to a studio with a pull out couch. Upon arrival I was informed that I would only be receiving one queen bed and no pull out. There was an enormous roach just outside the elevator. And the breakfast is a joke. Never again.

The staff was friendly, however, the building is an old, musty, decrepit building. That would not have been too bad but the horrendous odor in the room was unbearable. I was told that although I had reserved two rooms they would not be close to each other and probably not even on the same floor. I explained my 81 year old father was traveling with me. However, even he had a hard time breathing in the stench coming out of the room. I had to leave. Never again.

the place is ok except we reserved a room that has a sofa which is the picture when we make a reservation but it not given to us

The housekeepers either need to be retrained or fired. I asked them beforehand if the room had been serviced cause of the reviews. She said yes. I get to the room checked the sheets and they were covered in hair. The second bed fleece was covered in dog hair. No one had changed thebsheets they.just made the bed. The floor in the bathroom was filthy with dirt and hair from the previoius stay. Everyone but one lady seemed to have an attitude. The pamphlet to request dishes said it would be delivered to the room but they told me i had to come get it. I needed a trash bin for the room and i had to go get it. Their rules are weird when it comes to towels. And the sinks were clogged as well. I did spot a roach that came out of the tv once it was turbed on.It was a quiet stay but the cleanliness needs so much work. Maintenence however was good they responded quickly. But i would not recommend anyone especially with children to stay at this property. Too much of a headache.
