This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Could not use the paid reservation because room was booked in my Company's name instead of my name Could not call to change or add my name to the reservation. Each time I called and was prompted to English speaking input was directed to a foreign language. Ended up have to pay at the hotel out of pocket. My name is Elijah Demerson. I booked in my name, gave my email address paid with paypal. Don't even know how my company's name got involved other than in my email. Hated this.

My room was huge! Decorated in awesome colors!

This hotel was exceptionally clean, as I’m sure most of it has to do with the fact that it relatively brand new. And the staff was cleaning continuously. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable! The bed and the pillows were the most comfy I’ve ever slept in and the room gets super dark when you pull the shades, even in the middle of the day. Our room had just a shower, it would’ve been nice to have a shower tub combo, but all in all I will give this room and hotel five stars! The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants close by. And also, it’s on the outskirts of Ft. Worth, so traffic isn’t too terrible getting around. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, and coffee. Negative: Pool was freezing! I thought for an indoor pool it would be heated…

Hotel was clean and spacious. Elevators worked quickly. Good hotel. Would stay here again.

Key system was down upon arriving, but wasn't really an issue and it was fixed the next morning, room service has to be scheduled 24 hours in advance which I think is a bit strange. overall clean quit room

It was a bit problematic finding the entrance the first time. There are numerous alternative accommodations in a small area, few of which have thru traffic available. It was worth the effort to find it. Gracious, helpful staff.
