Hotel antigo , lixeira do banheiro sem tampa, TV quase nunca funciona além de muito pequena, chuveiro ligado na gambiarra, frigobar eu nem abrir com medo de tomar choque, café da manhã as coisas sem cobertura( tampas ). Café sem gosto de café. Só o ar condicionado era bom .
Fiquei no 1 andar mas tiver 3 rolls de escadas pra subir com malas, ninguém pra ajudar . Além de rachaduras nas paredes .

Café da manhã é bem servido com bastante opção, porém o quarto foi decepcionante, cheguei a fortaleza num tempo de frio e o chuveiro estava queimado. Por diversas vezes me dirigi a portaria e a resposta foi sempre a mesma, que iriam mandar um eletricista ao quarto e o tal eletricista nunca chegou. Por fim, as últimas vezes que me dirigi a portaria para falar sobre isso notei um certo sarcasmo por parte de quem ali estava.

Assim que chegamos ja tivemos o desprazer de abrir a cortina e ela cair em cima da gente, alem disso o cafe nao tem nenhuma variedade alguns alimentos muito mal feitos, a garagem tinha ratos enormes, guadaroupa caindo aos pedacos, dentre outras coisas.

A tv não funcionava, parecia mais um monitor de computador. Falei com o atendente por duas vezes mas o problema não foi resolvido. Quarto e corredor com cheiro de mofo. O ar e o café foram bons.

Os lençóis estavam limpos e cheirosos, o ar condicionado é novinho, mas o banho deixou muito a desejar. Chuveiro velho e entupido, não sai água direito. Além disso o rejunte do box está todo mofado, foi bem desagradável. A manutenção do quarto também deixou a desejar, marcas de infiltração, teto mal pintado, armário estragado.
