"The hotel was under renovation, very dusty. There's no room service or intercom. Communication is via WhatsApp. If we want something, we have to go downstairs and get it, like a blanket. We booked through the Trip app, which, according to the D8 manager, didn't pass on any information or our requests to the hotel. We were going to check in at 3 am, and we asked for breakfast since we couldn't wait for coffee. They said they couldn't provide it because the kitchen only operated from 6 am to 7 pm. They didn't bother to make any exceptions, not even to leave us a snack. We realized they really don't care about customer loyalty."

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was on the terrace, so it got quite noisy and hot when you were outside. The apartment was a bit worn, and one of the showers leaked. All in all, it was good value for money. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful."
