O hotel em si é legal , porém tem alguns pontos que para nossa estadia com uma criança de 6 anos foi relevante
* Brinquedoteca para crianças no máximo até 4 anos
* Piscina extremamente pequena , e como tem muita propaganda o hotel sempre está lotado a piscina não comporta 10% das estadias
*O tempo que se aguarda o elevador é muito ruim, um hotel desse tamanho deveria ter outros elevadores
* Tenho uma filha que não se alimenta muito bem as 6:30 ou 7:00 hrs da manhã , acabei pegando uma banana e um pão já q íamos sair em passeio, meu marido foi abordado informando q não poderia retirar itens do buffet , achei a abordagem incisiva visto q outras pessoas ficaram olhando .

Excelente hotel! Tudo limpo e cheiroso. Hotel grande com excelente estrutura. O café da manhã é espetacular: tinha tantas opções que fiquei até tonta sem saber o que comer. Os funcionários prestativos e sempre alegres. Em frente ao mar e perto de tudo. Tem táxi na porta. A única ressalva é se vc tiver problema para dormir com os barulhos da rua leve seu protetor auricular pq podemos ouvir alguns sons normais de cidade grande.

O hotel Praiano tem excelente custo-benefício. Mas, para além disso, tem um serviço ímpar. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, educados e prestativos, o que vale desde a gerência e recepção, até o pessoal da limpeza. O café da manhã é ótimo, destaque para dona Dalva que faz as deliciosas tapiocas (as melhores que já comi). O bar tem música boa, drinques deliciosos, comida com preços bons e qualidade. Os garçons também merecem um super elogio. E sabe o que é melhor? Tudo à beira mar.

Lamentável um hotel desse padrão não ter estacionamento 24 horas
No meu caso que sou cliente gold que deveria ter o benefício de checkin e checkout tardio, tive que pagar com a ridícula alegação que só teria quarto disponível pagando
