É necessário que o Administrador saiba que os hóspedes sempre necessitam usar talheres, pratos, taças etc, pois por duas vezes tive que falar com os funcionários para o responsável autorizar liberação desses utensílios básicos. Isso é inadmissível.
O frigobar também passou dois dias para ser consertado.
Tive que ficar mais uma diária e mais uma vez tivemos problema, já que a primeira informação, foi que era necessário encerrar a conta e entrar no site novamente para outra reserva que não tinha…. Ficamos na eminência de ter que sair para outro hotel e mais uma vez tendo que ser reportado ao responsável para autorizar.
Seria bom padronizar e facilitar resolução de situações com os hóspedes para maior comodidade, fidelidade e conforto.

Péssimo! Prédio velho, instalações precárias, manutenção não existe, fiquei presa no elevador e ninguém prestou socorro. Chave sempre desmagnetizava. Café da manhã precário sem variedade.
Se você quer que suas férias sejam boas não se hóspede no Costa do mar.
Apenas a localização é boa, mas não compensa as dores de cabeça.

Primeiro, o valor foi acrecido após eu ter concluido a reserva. O suporte deste site não serve para nada. Já no hotel, 1 hora para fazer o check-in. Não tinha agua quente, todos estavam reclamando. Fui informado que o café da manhã era a partir das 7h. mas ao fazer o check-out, descobri que era a partir das 6h. Paguei mais caro e ainda sai sem tomar café

Hotel desorganizado, sem controle de tv nos aptos, toalhas insuficientes, ar condicionado e frigobar quebrados. Atendimento péssimo do recepcionista Raí. Reclamar na recepção não adianta, não resolvem nada. Vários hóspedes insatisfeitos e falando nos elevadores.
