I booked a room with two single beds because a friend and I went to a conference, I got there and the room had a musty smell and had a double bed. I spoke to the receptionist who promptly changed my room. The view was a plastered wall but the beds were good, a wonderful shower and cold air conditioning.
The breakfast far exceeded my expectations, delicious and with a view of the sea. The only problem is that it is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. An elderly person is unlikely to be able to climb the stairs. The rooms are small but as we were only going to the hotel to sleep, it wasn't a problem.
The education of the people in Fortaleza is different, everyone is very polite and ready to solve problems that arise.

The cleaning wasn't the best, but the general conditions of the room are good (good bed, powerful shower and good temperature water).
The breakfast is good (there is someone to make omelettes and tapioca, which is excellent), but if you arrive after 9am, something will probably have already run out and they shouldn't replace it anymore (I saw this in relation to the juice detox).
Overall, it meets expectations!

4-story hotel WITHOUT ELEVATOR (not listed on the website or in the reservation system), and breakfast is served on the 4th floor. Good hotel and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help us. There is no restaurant, so it doesn't serve anything other than breakfast and we only found 2 restaurants nearby (a good steakhouse and another very simple one, with a very affordable price). We had a problem with the air conditioning, which was not resolved promptly.

The service is great, but the structure leaves a lot to be desired. The toilet flush is poor, the shower is horrible, I had to crouch down to take a shower, a humiliation. Breakfast is not varied, but delicious. In short, it was not worth the daily price charged. Now I understand why Carmel sold this hotel, it wasn't their standard. You should have at least painted the furniture, done some maintenance, etc.

Great hotel, excellent service! The room was very good, bathroom, cable TV. Smelling soap, shampoo too. The reception service was incredible, upon arrival Pablo welcomed us divinely, always mentioning our names, Eduardo was also very attentive and polite. The breakfast is sensational, the freshly made tapioca was one of my favorites, very delicious, as was the entire buffet. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! We went to spend just one night and it provided everything we needed, the penthouse is beautiful with a pool and the breakfast was very varied and good, the room may be small depending on the person's taste but for the two of us it was very ok, reception and all the service was very good, super polite!
