Muito bem localizado, quarto e banheiro atendem, café da manhã relativamente variado.

Péssimo. Ninguém da equipe responde as perguntas. Desisto de fazer a reserva .Fiz pergunta 2 vezes e sou solenemente ignorada. Se é assim o tratamento pra quem pretende fazer uma reserva, imagina depois que já está lá? É triste ver esse tratamento

Atenderam as expectativas , fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários da recepção, camareira, toda equipe do restaurante, principalmente pelo garçom Adonias e também da garçonete Ariel, bom café da manhã, bons pratos tanto no almoço e jantar, parabéns aos cozinheiros; Pretendo voltar outras vezes.... Uma experiência muito boa no geral. Atendimento excelente, funcionários atenciosos e educados, em especial, Adonias, Cláudio e o Guilherme, sempre solícitos a ajudar com a higienização das mamadeiras da minha filha pequena, um muito obrigado. A única ressalva é que não foi informando que a piscina do hotel estaria em reforma, apenas na chegada ao hotel fomos informado.
