This is not first time i stay in this hotel, it works well for us.

Wonderful stay... my wife didn't want to leave. Although the hotel is not on the seafront, it is located just a few minutes from the coast. The Sugar Loaf market is approximately 50 meters from the hotel. When we arrived, we were surprised with a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool, on the top floor, with a shower and king size bed. During moments of relaxation in the pool, we were served a fruit tray (complimentary). All the staff treated us very well. The 24-hour gym with quality equipment is a strong positive point. Excellent breakfast, with fresh food and the option of freshly made tapioca. You can see how detailed the management is. I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

To be perfect, the only thing missing is parking and a better boarding area. But beyond that, since there is a neighboring parking lot at Pão de Açúcar Everything is fine! Excellent accommodation. Very well located in an upscale neighborhood of the Capital of Ceará.

Hôtel magnifique, super chambre, super petit déjeuner mais le restaurant (un soir) laisse à désirer (plats froids et servis en décaler, service lent, commande oubliée). Un gros plus pour la décoration et l’espace piscine tellement chill :)

Cheguei num quarto muito pequeno e o chuveiro era horrível, a água não tinha pressão nenhuma e saía pouquíssima água. Passei 2 dias pedindo pra resolverem e só no terceiro dia me ofereceram um outro quarto que tinha um chuveiro funcional, mas também não era grande coisa, sem pressão mas tava melhor que o anterior. Acho que é um problema do hotel. Outro problema foi a falta de um estacionamento, entendo que eles não possuem espaço, pelo que eu soube havia uma estacionamento e transformaram em quartos, algo assim… Tem um Pão de Açúcar do lado com um estacionamento que podia ter um convênio com o hotel pra gente não estacionar em qualquer lugar… Tirando isso, todo o restante foi muito bom, o café tava impecável, as áreas de convivência são bem bonitas e aconchegantes, e o pessoal da recepção é muito gente boa, com o destaque do Matheus que foi o rapaz que não ficou jogando o problema pra “amanhã”, ele resolveu na hora.
