Highly recommend for a onsen hotel. The add on kaiseki dinner is wonderful. Breakfast is also such an experience. Onsen can be booked for private use which is included in the package. An overall unforgettable experience. Staff can communicate in English, so no worries. Services and care is excellent.

I made four reservations, 2, 1, 2, 4, and I was a little disappointed that I didn't make it to 3. Each pool was very clean. The front desk and the driver who picked us up provided excellent service. The shuttle bus is ready to go at any time. For dinner, we went to one of the restaurants recommended by the hotel. The front desk helped us make reservations. After eating at the restaurant, we contacted the hotel to pick us up directly. It was considerate. There are free drinks in the lobby on the first floor, with a wide variety, and the iced oolong tea is delicious.

This is the third time I've been to this hot spring hotel. It's definitely a local treasure hotel in Arima. The hotel is located high up in the mountains, very quiet, and there is a special car to pick you up when you go out. The service is very good. There are many Chinese guys in the hotel, and there is no problem in communication. Several handsome guys are also very enthusiastic, helping to introduce things to do and actively solving accommodation needs. The special thing is that this hotel has private baths, which are divided into indoor and outdoor. It is also very convenient to make an appointment, just scan the code. Other hotels outside don't have it. It costs a lot to take a private bath in the hot spring. For the situation in Japan where public baths are separated by men and women and naked, private baths are not too good. It is strongly recommended to take an outdoor private bath, soak in the hot spring, look at the mountain view, and turn on the night light at night, which is comfortable for both body and mind. The breakfast is also good, divided into Japanese and Western styles. Must go once a year.
