I booked a room on a temporary date. It's close to a friend's house. The forest park is only 8 minutes away. It's convenient for travel. Like 1. There is a shopping mall + supermarket downstairs of the hotel. The seafood wholesale market is about 100 meters away from the hotel. Like 2. The room is better than expected. A little thin, but clean and tidy. Like 3. The lady at the front desk helped to move to the 19th floor. The scenery is beautiful. Like 4. The child missed something when checking out. The lady at the front desk helped to find it and arranged for it to be delivered by SF Express to my home. Thank you very much! Like 5...Another very good experience. I will stay here again next time.

You don’t need to collect a deposit when you stay at Hampton once. Just give your room card to the front desk when you check out. You can park for free for 4 hours in the square. You don’t have to go back and forth when you come in and out of the car. You need to pay the parking ticket at the front desk. It’s very detailed. The service provided by Xiao Shuo and Xiao Hezi at check-in was very good. The check-in was very fast. They also gave us a piece of fruit and introduced the nearby places to eat and play. They were very considerate. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and the noodles cooked for breakfast were good. It's delicious. I had a pleasant vacation here and was completely satisfied with the experience.

This was a great stay, all staff were so kind and friendly. Near from an outlet with good restaurants and stores. Breakfast was amazing, Chinese and western. Hotel staff was amazing, helping me in everything.

Booked two twin bed rooms with breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was around 10 mins from the nearest metro Beijiao Park. Our stay coincided with Mother's Day. On the first day, the breakfast area was overwhelmed with many people waiting for tables and insufficient food. All food were gone by 9:00am even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00am. Breakfast next day was much better - there was food and no crowds! See attached photos.
