房間沒有冰箱，整個酒店居然沒有冰塊提供。晚上十二點後既然沒有熱水，打電話和前台溝通後，派個保安上來説其他人已經下班，沒有人了，衹能換房，誰會三更半夜拿行李換房？有麻將桌提供，但沒麻將，找人送來還要電話教調試，總體來説不盡人意。性價比真的不高。

入住的體驗感特別好，尤其是管家服務，態度親切，有種回家的感覺，值得再次入住。
離千燈湖很近，夜景不錯，燈光秀也值得欣賞。

1. 酒店外面正在施工，環境噪音明顯
2.由於廣交會前期，訂房客人多，我們訂的是套房，中午到達酒店無法入住，經過和前台服務人員溝通，暫借一個標間讓我們短暫休息直到下午2：30才入住
3.管家服務積極，講解到位
4.酒店位置不錯，離千燈湖公園近在咫尺，遊覽方便
雖然非酒店原因存在施工噪音，但是良好的服務和絕佳位置彌補小小遺憾，還是不錯的入住經歷，如果想辦法把電梯裏面蚊子及時消殺就更好了
