Yesterday, the sky suddenly changed its face, and it rained heavily. I happened to be in that hotel, but I unexpectedly felt the warmth in the rain. The front desk guy at the door is really the most heartwarming service provider I have ever seen! In the heavy rain, he was like a guardian, standing at the door, guiding the vehicles for every guest entering and leaving the hotel, and providing them with a rain-free world. Whenever a vehicle approached, he immediately rushed forward and quickly held up a big umbrella for the guests getting on and off the car to ensure that they would not be wet by the rain. Although he was a little embarrassed because of the heavy rain, he always smiled and provided the most considerate service to every guest. Looking at him standing in the rain, I couldn't help but respect the training of Atour employees. At a young age, he is not only doing his job, but also delivering warmth and care to every guest.
