Amazing services, the staff is respectful and friendly. Almost every staff member speak English so is really easy to communicate. Food is amazing.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and warmly introduced us to the nearby attractions. The hotel felt very secure, and the high-floor views were good. The rooms were very clean. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the Western options which were quite tasty. Having to switch elevators in the middle was a bit inconvenient. It's really close to the Ancestral Temple; we got there quickly by taxi and it's also walkable to the attractions.

Hotel was very kind to upgrade our booking to club floor. Front desk is very welcoming. Service is good. However housekeeping need to be more detailed. Ironing board was dusty. Part of the iron seemed to be coming off.

Probably the best Hotel I have stayed in. I would recommend this to any business traveller. Rooms was good, the breakfast was a feast you will not beleive. This Hotel really means business. Highly recommended.
