房間整體都是乾淨整潔的.洗衣機、冰箱設施齊全,訂了普通房型前台幫忙升級了高級房型,前台服務好,周邊吃和玩都很方便的,晚上附近有夜宵什麼的,網紅排骨蒸飯也在周邊,性價比很高.下次還來住.

衞生乾淨，公寓在居民樓內，大門口有查詢的保安，應該還算安全，房間內部温馨，樓下有吃飯的店，還是挺方便的

📍位置：
距離容桂站很近，這是選擇這裏的第一原因。
🧻衞生：
乾淨是每個酒店的基本標準，現在都不差的，毛巾，衞生間，床單，都肉眼可見乾淨，沒有不適感。
🏠房間：
大小如平台展示的一般，設施應該是有些年限了，有使用磨損的痕跡，有些地方看起來有點臟兮兮，應該是打掃不乾淨。
🛏️床：
很舒適，大床，軟和，很喜歡，被子舒服。
不要看平台展示的照片，上面提供説有浴衣，入住時沒有，整體感覺也有巨大落差感。

一開始我們挺喜歡雲谷的居住環境以及體驗感，所以每次都會點雲谷，但是這次真給我們很不好的體驗感，29號晚臨時起意決定去雲谷住一晚，但是住的房間居然電視是壞的，看不了一點，我們便要求換房間，結果給我們換的那間房間更小更差（是他們同樣開住宿的酒店的隔壁，他們前台隔壁的房間，半夜經常聽到其他旅客過來辦理入住的聲音，很吵，還有是其他租客按樓下按鈕請求開門的聲音），前台還説不敢跟我們保證每一個房間都有電視，也不敢保證是好的，可是我們過去完全就是為了舒適度和體驗感，你既然提供不了體驗度，至少也不要給我們更差的房間吧，嚴重懷疑那間是不是他們自己前台的臨時休息間或者是清潔工人壓根沒有打掃那間房間的衞生。因為去的那間房間窗簾是爛的，大早上直接被陽光照醒，換的那間電視沒有遙控器，去找前台拿，依舊解決不了問題，看不了電視。我們也好脾氣的覺得算了，而且出去玩跑了一天了，也累，忍忍也就過去了，可是等到要休息了，發現屋子裡麪很多蚊子（如圖所示那麼大一衹），都被咬了好多蚊子包，又得找前台拿驅蚊器（但是房間不應該是得先備着的嗎）。還有是清潔衞生是這樣子做的嗎，更別説床單有不明的黑色凝固物，門上晾着應該是上一個住户或者是他們前台自己的休息間使用過的毛巾（全濕的，肯定是剛使用完沒多久的），還有洗手枱，衞生間都很臟，缺一個漱口杯，我們不得不臨時緊急採購一次性床單等物品。怎麼説呢真的讓我們大失所望，以後不會再來了。
