衞生：房間總體來説是比較乾淨舒適。床鋪、地面、桌面和衞生間看起來是打掃過的。衞生間放換洗衣服的那個架子很大塵，清潔阿姨記得擦。沒發現衞生間有反味的問題。
設施：床不好睡，彈簧都凸出來了，高低不平。沒睡好。
環境和位置：我住的是六樓園景房，1.5米給升級了1.8米的床。所謂園景就是看隔壁村的村景和池塘。園景房對面就是臨街那一邊説是江景房，我在六樓平台衹看到一點點江，不知道房間能不能看到。車流量蠻大的，白天關上門能聽到車流的聲音，晚上基本沒有。
這邊去海壽島開車蠻近的，走路也差不多15分鐘。
