實在是太差了，酒店就沒有服務員！訂了三小時的鐘點房，是讓長者休息一下一到那前台沒人打電話説房卡在桌上讓自己去房間，一進門就傻眼了，想着房間應該不會太差，一進房間設施很差，長者説休息一下算了，不麻煩了。我們就出去讓長者休息。結果長者説開不開門，讓服務員弄下。打電話服務員説沒在店裡，店裡沒人。真出點事怎麼辦呀，錢收了，什麼都不算了嗎
