設施比較老，像個招待所。沒有窗不能通風，空氣沒那麼清新。不過離世博廣場和DNA以及地鐵都比較近，10分鐘吧。離佛山的機場候機樓也就步行3分鐘，很近。
唯一不太好的就是遇到凌晨不睡覺的客人，大半夜的現在走廊高聲講話，一晚上發過3個電話，沒睡好。早晚班的前台小姐姐都不錯，有積極協調。總的來説，算是物廉價美的
