We stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.

Pros: Amazing location near subway station, and numerous restaurants and shops. Room was quite clean and spacious. Cons: Check-in time was supposed to be 2:00pm onwards, but our room was not ready when we checked in at 3:30pm. We were told to come back to check-in around 5/6pm, more than 3 hours after the original check-in time.

The first time I stayed in this apartment, I felt very comfortable when I entered the door. The front desk service was warm and cost-effective. I took the room card, got out of the elevator, walked into the room, the room equipment was very new, the supplies were neatly arranged, the bed was very clean, such a price, I can live so comfortable, this trip is very worth it, At least live in a satisfactory room. Very satisfied, with two children to travel, set two rooms for two nights, one river view, one city view, the owner also intimately helped us upgrade the package, the hotel is very new, the facilities are good, the bath water is very good, from the various eating check-in points are very close, the front desk is very gentle, you can park for free, The point is that the area of OCT is very nice, the river view is excellent, it is too suny during the day, and I lie on the bed and watch the boat at the pier every day. I only go out for food in the afternoon.
