We just spent a perfect night at a perfect hotel. All the staff at The Victoria are amazing with special shoutouts to Megan at the front desk, and Lorraine and all the ladies in the restaurant. It is such a classy hotel with beautiful rooms, restaurant, bar, grounds, and decorations.

Warm welcome, comfortable rooms, excellent quality, wonderful attention to detail, great food, and many thoughtful touches. Maura at Reception is a star storyteller who embodies hospitality - she was delightful. Eimer in the restaurant was fun and skillful.

This hotel has it own charm and they stand out of the crowd of hotels in the direct vicinity. The staff are very kind and helpful and the rooms ar lovely. Because of the way the interior of the hotel is done, it seems more like a home away from home. Nice food and a good pint of Guinness.

Seldom have we been so well taken care of as during our stay at The Victoria. We booked 3 nights solely on the recommendation of a friend and were absolutely wowed. The accommodations were excellent, dinner at the restaurant was lovely, the character of the décor was charming, and the breakfast was superb, but the most wonderful part of the entire stay was the staff. Without exception, every single person we met engaged both with us and our 2 year old, seeking to make our stay as delightful as possible. Maura in particular was the best! Not only did she have wonderful recommendations, but she made all of the arrangements for us, and was willing, as she had time, to simply talk with us and share about the ins and outs of Killarney. I could not more highly recommend staying at The Victoria. We will certainly be staying again the next time we have the opportunity to visit.

The hotel is perfectly situated between town and the park. There is a bike rental next door. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and inviting. Definitely get the breakfast included. The dining room is lovely and the menu and service were equally good. We utilized the laundry services which was helpful.

Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Decor is beautiful and rooms are very modern with lots of space, extremely comfy bed and big bright ensuite with a lovely roomy powerful shower. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing was an issue. Dining options are great, inside and outside dining options available with a really nice menu. Dinner was delicious and choice to suit all taste buds! Breakfast is served in a really comfy bright room and once you sit everything is ordered and served at your table which is really nice and personal,I think, rather than queuing up for a buffet or searching for what you want. The hotel is right next door to the INEC arena so its ideal if attending a gig or show there. Close to Muckross House and Killarney town also. I give The Victoria 10/10 and will definitely be returning in the future, had a wonderful getaway break here, if anything it was too short. A big thank you to Maura on reception too for her friendliness, help and tips on the area.

A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. We had such a lovely stay. Dinner was delicious and so were our breakfasts. The room was beautiful and we had easy access to everything you wanted to do in Killarney. We were able to relax in the lounge after very busy days.

This was without question the best hotel we stayed at during our 10 day trip all over the Southern half of Ireland. The hotel spaces are elegant and attractive. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The room was great, too! Maura generously helped us with arranging a trip to the Dunloe Gap and a Celtic Steps dance performance. Every aspect of the experience was great!

We had the best time on our trip to Killarney. The Victoria was the most lovely place to stay. The room was beautiful (loved loved loved the bathroom), the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the dining was excellent. It truly is a lovely place to stay and the people are what make the stay the most memorable. We so enjoyed meeting Mara and her help with finding a tour guide made for a perfect experience.
