Our entire family stayed at the resort in (4) 2 bedroom units in the West Village. Booking made sure we had 4 adjacent units which was key to everyone's happiness. We used the shuttle service a few times to get around the resort and it was great. The resort itself is fantastic. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the pools and available activities and other amenities were great. We went to Disney for 2 days and the location couldn't have been any better. The only downside was check-in which involved a 3 step process. Actually checking in was easy and efficient. Then you had to wait in line to get your parking passes and get your cards activated, and this was a big bottleneck. Then you had to wait in line to see a sales rep who invited everyone to a sales presentation. We initially refused as we own through RCI and had been waiting for a long time at that point and are very familiar with the sales pitch. We were told it was NOT sales but rather a "review of our RCI account to make sure we're using it to our best advantage" and it would take less than 90 minutes with no tour. NOT TRUE. The units themselves were very clean. The carpet is older and the furniture dated, but that had no impact on our stay. We used almost every pool, played mini golf everywhere, used the gym, and ate at all the restaurants. Again, the staff were amazing everywhere. Is it brand new? Not all of it. Is it clean and pleasant? Definitely. Our ages ranged from 3 to mid 60's and we all had a BLAST.
