Small continental breakfast with few choices and fewer tables, but ok for some quick fuel to start the day. Comfortable king bed and good bathroom, but I would have liked the clothes hanging rods to be in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Friendly assistant manager was very welcoming. Excellent value."

"We had a decent stay overall, and I really enjoyed the room. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very nice, and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely enjoyed having a comfortable room to come back to during our stay. That being said, the biggest issue was the pool and splash pad management. Every time we went to the pool, there were no towels available, which was frustrating, especially on a hot and sunny day. The pool was also closed even though the weather was beautiful because they follow the weather conditions from their headquarters, which is about 10 miles away. It was sunny and hot where we were, so it didn't make much sense to have the pool closed based on conditions somewhere else. We also had to ask several times during our stay about getting the splash pad turned on. It would have been nice if that was handled without guests having to repeatedly ask. Another thing that was frustrating was that everything seemed to be handled through third parties. Anytime we had an issue or needed assistance, we were basically told to contact the third-party company. It made it difficult to actually get help from the hotel directly because no one seemed to have the ability to resolve certain issues themselves. As a guest, that can be pretty frustrating when you're staying at the hotel and just want someone on-site to help. Also, there are no brooms in the rooms, so if you have kids or plan on staying for several days, I would definitely recommend bringing your own. I really wish I had one during our stay! The complimentary breakfast was another area that could use some improvement. It was honestly a mad house and extremely crowded, making it difficult to navigate and enjoy breakfast. Overall, I would say the rooms and friendly staff were definitely the positives, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay in the room. However, the pool management, lack of towels, splash pad issues, third-party runaround, and chaotic breakfast kept this from being a perfect stay. The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but better communication, organization, and on-site support would make a huge difference."

There was a bogus charge for the restaurant on my bill and then the hotel charged me a resort fee, when I already paid it on Trip.com."

"The hotel has a huge property with plenty of space, and there is a water park on-site (not included, extra fee). The rooms are a bit outdated but fairly clean. The description mentioned a washing machine, but it was not included in our room category. We were checked in earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus."
