The cleanliness of the property was exceptional! The only thing that can improve a bit is the customer service at the front desk!

Recently had a fortnights family holiday in a 4 bedroomed appartment. Appartment clean, spacious, very well equipped particularly the laundry facilities. Air con worked superbly & balcony screened so very safe for the children. All the staff very pleasant & helpful. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of sun loungers & clean towels. A few negatives..light bulb broken- reported on first night but not fixed. Key cards failed to unlock on a few occasions but quickly addressed. Cleaning staff arrived early ( children still in bed). When asked in reception could they call later we were told no. A fresh supply of towels, bedding etc was delivered to appartment but we had to change & clean everything ourselves. Having stayed in florida i found security re access to property poor. The entrance gates to property always open & no one on security during the day. Apparently security at night..gates remained open and not one access check was completed during our stay. Even the uber drivers found this suprising. As this property strives for 5 * a nice touch would be to have a small welcome pack with milk & water. No fun arriving late after a long day of travelling & not being able to make a warm drink ..so off over a busy highway to the 711 to get milk.

Property is gorgeous, grounds were very clean, staff is professional and friendly, and I really liked the location of the property.

Beautiful spot. Quiet. Always room at the pool. Perfect place. Beds and linens very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Extra supplies mid week.

Perfect for our family of 7. Very clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. We had a mix up with the room we were given. They fixed the issue asap and gave us a different room. Only minus was the room with twin beds had no blankets on it. Found some thin ones in the closet. Might of just got missed when cleaning.
