The hotel has a house structure, which is far from the reception, restaurant and main pool, and offers cars to take and bring guests, but this service is inefficient. We often wait more than 15 minutes, on footwear away from the room, in the hot sun, with a 2-year-old child, and we were forgotten twice. The hotel restaurant is good, but does not include the maximum lotion of hosting, so, depending on the lotion, it is impossible to sit at the peak time, which is incompatible with a 4-star hotel, seems a bandijan.

The hotel has a comfortable room, a wonderful shower. All facilities work perfectly, including a hairdryer. Hotel with a family environment, quiet mainly at night. Free parking. Congratulations in particular to the cleaning staff, they do a great work every day. Morning coffee and reasonable dinner. In the festival of risoes and cakes, risoes were with excess salt. Although high, dinner prices were not too expensive. The unsatisfactory receptionists. Negative points: Wi-Fi open, without password, which gives us unsafety and the location of the hotel is a little away from the center and tourist points. We find the honesty store interesting, with a variety of useful things and affordable prices.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with access to the city and having the mall in front of the hotel also super useful. The pool is a good size and decor tasteful. The fitness room could be better equipped, but still workable. Staff attentive and breakfast ample and varied. I recommend it.

took the public bus from Foz airport to within 300 yards of hotel which is off the beaten track in an exceptionally hilly town so selecting the stop at the top of the hill is pretty important! friendly welcome at reception on arrival, efficient check in with all important info explained carefully. large comfy clean room with fridge and efficient A/C. breakfast included was pretty good with toaster to make cheese & ham toastie. nice pool with plenty of bed chairs (although only 59F so not used). buffet dinner with a la carte choices ok but unexciting. recommended Ten minutes walk (uphill) to public bus for Argentina or Paraguay (stops OUTSIDE bus Terminal) or falls (stop inside)

Upon arriving at the hotel at 11 am after a full night of travel, I was asked to stay and wait until 2 pm or until a room opened up. I then requested an upgrade, hoping a higher level room would open up sooner. As a Wyndham Diamond member, not only did they not recognize my status or any membership with them at all, they also tried to charge me for the upgrade and did not allow any early check-in. It was only after mentioning that I was Diamond and showing them on the app that Diamond members can get free upgrades that they allowed me to be upgraded and check-in early. While I'm happy with the result, I've never had any other hotel neglect to acknowledge my status, especially if it's that respective brand's top-tier status. I've also never had to remind the hotel itself of their own membership benefits policy. To me, it seems almost embarrassing that they did not know how to treat their Diamond members. Other Wyndhams I've stayed at were happy to upgrade me, oftentimes without me even requesting it. For the stay itself, the suite was nice and very large. Two queen beds with a small seating area. TV was positioned a bit oddly, but still watchable. I liked that they had a microwave, kettle, and fridge, but the fridge was stocked full of drinks that they laughably did not know or have the prices for. There was also a vent in the room that was making odd noises and allowing warm air inside. The room did have a nice view, though, and the location was not bad. Finally, breakfast was actually quite good, with decent variety and hot food options. Check-out was a breeze and very quick, thanks to me not consuming any minibar drinks.

My partner and I came from Australia, I speak Spanish he only speaks English. I would like to point out the at half of the staff were will with runny noses, coughs, etc while working! I understand that it’s a Covid world however my partner ended up with a cold (we tested for Covid he was negative) missing out on the last day of our trip by staying in bed. What needs to be understood when you work in travel is that if one of the workers were to transmit Covid or anything else it can literally stop people from returning home…. I am begging this hotel to please reconsider their coming into work while sick policy. The housekeeper was sick the man at the front desk when we checked in was sick the girl at the front desk was sick (at least she wore a mask) and unfortunately due to travel restrictions it’s not acceptable to coke to work while ill. The hotel is very centrally located, it’s very easy and cheap to get to all of the major attractions on both the Brazilian and Argentinian side. Please note: if you want to go to the Argentinian side of the falls From this hotel they have a service costing around 100 Reis that brings you leaving once per day at 7:30 am (we did not know that and spent 350 reis to go and spent most of the morning trying to figure out how to get there, luckily we had augusto who is absolutely fantastic!) Pro: 1. The staff was absolutely lovely! Augusto at reception so amazing! He never made us feel like anything was a problem and he was happy to communicate in English. Julia from the tourism agency in the reception area was absolutely amazing spoke English and really a helped ! Cleaning and breakfast staff were super friendly! But Augusto and Julia are huge assets to this hotel and helped us tremendously during our stay! 2. Decent quality for what you pay 3. Location is good 4. Decent breakfast 5. Rooms are clean! Cons: 1. I am pretty easy going and have travelled a lot. I booked a superior room the first room they tried to give us was super tiny only fit the bed, had a funny smell and looked like a dorm room and we had a friendly big guest… I went to reception he was lovely (sick) but lovely and changed our room to a beautiful upgraded room right outside the elevator.. I’m a light sleeper and on my booking asked that I would not be placed near any common ways elevators stairs common rooms etc.. he assured me it wouldn’t be noisy… it was super loud. The next morning we met Augusto and he showed us 4 different rooms to choose from to move again and it was so nice of him! 2. This hotel is absolutely not soundproofed in the least. The rooms say soundproofing you can literally hear when someone upstairs moves a chair, hear people talking at all hours in the corridors, cleaners talking outside the room 7:30/8am and hear people taking a shower in their room. We stayed the 4 of us in the same room. Parents and kids, comfortably. 7 years of parenthood and we never found a more accommodating hotel. Oh! Their Nacional Inn Burger is a must-try! Pool and entertainment were spots on, they even had some arcades. Came in handy when we caught a brief drizzle. But wouldn’t have been half as great, wasn’t it for their attentive staff. Heats off to Rodolfo and his team! We Definitely Recommend this hotel.

Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

We stayed here while going to Iguazu Falls. The Iguazu Falls airfield and the entrance to the Falls Park are only 3km away and I couldn't find a driver willing to take an Uber. This hotel is about 1km from the airport, so you can walk if you don't have big luggage. If you leave your luggage at the hotel and become light, you can walk straight to the entrance of Takino Park in 25 minutes. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and amusement facilities. With a breakfast buffet, the couple stopped at a reasonable price of 7000 yen. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant for 80R = 2400 yen. Recommended if you don't go to Iguazu town and see the falls on the Brazilian side. I was able to enjoy the sightseeing of the waterfall in about 3 hours.
