3/5 ⭐️ Pros: Good hotel, great location, good amenities, Cons: Regular key (with a bulky key ring) instead of a card, not enough outlets and its far from the bed, elevator is small (up to 300kg/600lbs) it barely fit 3 people. My biggest issue was I booked a double room with trip.com but when I got to the hotel the reservation was for a single room with a up charge of 30€ if I wanted to make it a double. I had 1 bed in a corner instead of 2 beds or a queen bed like I expected when I booked the room.

We booked this hotel from its location because we had to catch a 5am train to Zurich. Location for travelers by train is perfect. Air con was not in good condition, not cool at all. We decided to open windows let fresh air coming in. Homeless nearby shouted loudly all night so we closed windows and slept in a very warm room all night.

The room was very basic and the staff at the reception could not give me a proper invoice, other hotels that I booked via Trip were able to hand me an Invoice with the German VAT on it.

Location is good, old hotel, which need renovation! Breakfast ok

Over all is not bad hotel. The check out time at 11 am is annoying and i get remind to leave. If it is hectic season like a busy summer season i get it. Must leave sharp. It is a lazy monday and they rush me to check out. And the bathroom light is red and looks like red light district. The bed gives me itch. Not a good sign. The blanket isnt enough. I had to use my jacket to cover myself to sleep. I been into frankfurt. There are better Options

Location was a bit sketchy though close to the main train station, but the overall hotel was great. Clean, had luggage storage and the room was quite big for 3 people.

I simply suspect that this train is a gathering place for ****. Every night in the back alleys, there are three or five strange people gathering until the early morning. You can tell it is ****. I dare not come back at night for the first time. The surrounding environment feels very bad. I can't blame the hotel. The mayor of Frankfurt should step down. He manages like this. The geographical location is also good, but the public security is really bad.

The stay was great. The hotel is very centrally located on the main street and right next to the main train station. I suspected that it would be too loud, but we were given a room that looked out onto the courtyard. That meant we didn't hear any street noise. I also have to say that you get a room key instead of a card, which is definitely an advantage in terms of security. For me, cleanliness, security and noise were the most important factors. Since my requirements were met, I gave it a good rating.

The transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet and the environment is comfortable.

The room is clean and tidy. It is very close to the train station, a must for every exhibition. It is within walking distance to the exhibition center. The breakfast is self-service, which is very convenient and worth recommending!

The air conditioner was broken when we moved in, the house was warm and the room was cramped. But compared with the reservation price, it's justified. When we settled in, there were many unemployed people gathered at the door, in a mess. In the train station, it's not like it's a mess. Convenience from the train station is the kingly way, and the eyes are 150 meters away, so I really can't fault it.
