The location was good because there were restaurants and marts nearby, and I had a good stay at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly, and the cleaning and overall interior condition were good.

This is the first of the 25 Hours hotel, located very close to the headquarters of the European Central Bank. The decoration style of each room is different, and the design concept of the room is recorded in a picture book. The breakfast is very rich and beautiful.

Friendly staff. Super comfy bed, pillows and comforter! Excellent breakfast with hot sausage, eggs, bacon. GLORIA in the Cafe went above and beyond to help me and was super friendly! Thanks so much!!! Lastly I love the bicycle rental in the hotel!

I stayed at this hotel recently whilst visiting Frankfurt and Munich and it was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. Gloria and Evegenija are absolutely lovely and made sure I was very satisfied at breakfast time. They went out of their way to pamper me actually! Carolina is great also and sorted things out for me when I needed to travel to Munich a bit earlier. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel highly!

I'm checking in at 11 p.m. after a long journey and the room I reserved (€280 per night) is not available, supposedly due to a technical defect (in several rooms). To me it smells like overbooking at the trade fair. After an eternity of waiting and uncertainty, I was sent to another hotel. Really great experience - at midnight in Frankfurt. The next day then back to 25hours (so much for the “defect”, it seems to be a very predictable damage...). So for me that meant taking luggage to work, great. Never again 25hours. In any case, their own slogan “We are all mad here” fits perfectly with chaotic conditions.

I stayed here a couple of nights and really enjoyed my stay. Pros - Fun, creative styling, the rooms have had a lot of thought go into them. My room was called "Rosa Parks" and had a vintage 1950s sofa, super comfy bed, Rosa Parks posters by Stephen Fairey and lilac fluffy carpeting. - Free mini bar with beer, crisps, chocolate, fritz cola and mineral water. - Mini boom box - 5 minutes Uber from Downtown (there's also a few takeaways/bakeries in walking distance if you want to stay nearby). - Service was great. Seriously, the staff were friendly and smiley. Cons - It depends if you see it as a downside, but as I write this, there is a 15 minute walk to the S-bahn station Ostendstrasse and the easy public connections to Konstablerwache and the Main Station. But you could just get an Uber instead:). I really enjoyed my stay and even during these crazy Corona times, I felt safe, distancing measures are in place and everything was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Besides the comforty beds, I love the breakfasts here. Especially the service of Georgia. She’s so nice and welcoming that I almıst feel like I’m home and someone cares for me. Always happy to be back and seeing Georgia. All in all everthying is fine!

I will start with the bad part. I booked a room for 1 night, one month in advance. 48 hours before my arrival, I received an email stating that they are overbooked and that they are relocating me to another 25Hours hotel with an upgrade and they wrote: "If this is not an adequate solution for your stay in Frankfurt, we of course offer the opportunity to cancel your existing booking free of charge – regardless of the reservation status and cancellation policy booked. " After a few emails, I demanded that any further communication should be by phone and through the Hotel Manager. I was notified that the Hotel Manager will call me "Shortly" and the Manager never called. I emailed them back that I will go to the hotel and I expect to have a room ready and that I expect to meet the Manager who promised to call and never did. The Next day, I went to the hotel, found my room ready to check in, and I asked to see the hotel manager. The receptionist went to the Manager, then came back and told me that the manager is not available (Although I know he/she is there from the staff). Rule #1: When a guest asks to speak to the manager, the manager should respond and not avoid the guest. Ignoring such a request and failing to fulfill a promise to call "Shortly" only indicates a very very weak and unprofessional management. It also means DISRESPECT to the guest. You could have had someone else call or meet me one behalf of your and represents hotel management. Now the Good part: Rooms are small but nice. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. The staff at check-in need some training. Breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge variety but convenient. The location of the hotel is very good. Bottom Line: This hotel should be a two/three stars hotel not a four stars. Next time I will stay in another hotel.

The 25Hotel is a good value Budget Hotel, no doubt. Outdated by any standards, the “Anti-minimalism” decor and wall-2-wall carpeting throughout appears impossible to clean but the moderate pricing makes up for it. A visit to the adjacent restaurant ISOLETTA was a desastre. After a 15 hours’ journey from Buenos Aires we were looking forward to have a light dinner and a few fresh Pilsner beers. Our visit as well as our “small” order was met with hostility by the frustrated staff, apparently desperate for more business as we were about the only guests. The sympathetic manager may need to review the essence of any enterprise: « A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so. »

It was a late booking and our first time with 25H. It exceeded our expectations staff are very accommodating and respectful. We like the room and property design. We will definitely booked with 25H in our next trip in EU.

We expected a lot with the current prices and reviews but were disappointed by the staff's service (didn't feel welcome or respected) and they charged us false fees multiple times, which we had to fight to get back. Rooms were okay, creative but had some weird features (bathroom completely open, strange decor) and were quite dark. Our luggage wasn't kept very safe and we didn't get any tags to prove they were ours. Overall fine for one night but we wouldn't go again for the same price and promises.

From the welcome to the rooms and the design are outranged, good comfortable rooms, spacious and well designed, all you have in the minibar is for free, coffee service set prefect. Bar is working excellent in the evening, warm décor and friendly staff, Breakfast in the same area as the bar, is large and various, here the service was great, quick, and excellent. The Italian restaurant has a large menu, tasty and large rations are served. In general, a great hotel near to Ostbahnhof and with good Tram connections.
