Wanning apartment is not a friendly apartment. Office n apartment separate. Need buggies to transport passages n luggages. Inform them to pick no body turn up. We hv to walk to the van.

This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

It’s few kms away from the restaurants/bars, strongly advise to rent a scooter, people from the desk can also help you with that They were very supportive for everything I asked them for

Apartment was very simple. Two bedrooms with a large balcony. It's about 20 minutes walk from the town, if take an ebike about 5 minutes. The elevators into the building aren't in the best condition. But once inside all is good The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially for sunrise. A very chill and relaxing place. Would definitely stay again

We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.

Apartment was spacious and convenient for 2 people working remotely. The only backward was the loud wind blowing through the window's and balcony! A few restaurants and shops also available downstairs. Overall a good experience!

Very bad experience. I checked in this hotel. He recommended surfing service. I thought I must experience surfing when I came to Wanning. For convenience, I directly booked one. Before the shower, I checked out in order to go directly to the next trip. As a result, after the shower, the surfing hall told me that the shower was broken and asked me to find a hotel. I went back to the hotel with my things wet and said I wanted to take a shower. The hotel told me that it was full. After a while, they said that there was no water in the hotel because of the typhoon last night. The typhoon was yesterday, and I took a shower in the room just two hours ago. I was asked to find a surfing hall to go to other shops to take a shower. I was wet and uncomfortable with my luggage and I had to catch up with the trip. I had no choice but to bite the bullet and go to the hotel next door to explain the situation. They helped me get a room to take a shower. This side is full of apartment buildings together. They have water but they don’t! If there is a problem, just solve the problem. They don’t consider the situation of the guests at all. What’s more, it was caused by them. They just pushed it away. This kind of store really needs to be avoided! Later, they contacted me and said that I would return 100 as compensation. Later, they kept forcing me to give a five-star review. I don’t know how this review was brushed up.

The room is very nice, with complete facilities and clean bedding. The balcony has an unbeatable 270-degree view. You can see the endless sea when you get up. The front desk guy also provided good service.

The room is transparent and the sea view is great. The living room, kitchen and all bedrooms have unobstructed sea views. It is economical for family stay and the procedures are convenient. The service attitude is good. The vehicle can be parked in the tourist parking lot next to it, or it can be parked farther away on both sides of the road. The hotel has a battery car to pick up. There is a popular church nearby, which is very good for taking photos. Recommended for family travel.

The service was very good, but the room was terrible. The musty smell was too strong. There were bugs on the bed, not mosquitoes. The bumps were hard and itchy, as if something was crawling on my body. I got at least 10 bumps each time. The photo is just one of them. I hope the landlord will find someone to kill the bugs. It's not as simple as repelling mosquitoes. When I asked the housekeeper the next day, it was fine. I thought it was mosquitoes. It became worse and worse when I came back, affecting my life.

The room was very clean, and all questions were answered promptly. After checking in, a guy took me to find a seat. The seaside view was also very good, and there were no signs of corrosion and dilapidation like in a sea view room. 😁

The hotel is located in Riyue Bay, which is a residential area. The service is good and it is very convenient to go to the church. However, the transportation in Riyue Bay is average. The sea view is very good. Overall, it is quite recommended.
