Great view; the hotel is located at the heart of Frankfurt city center, walking distance to the old Town and the main shopping area.

Reception staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Didn’t explain properly where and how to park my car in the basement, so it was a frustrating experience for me to say the least. The two girls at the reception, one in the evening when I was checking in and the other in the morning when I was checking out, seemed annoyed when I was asking questions about various things in and around the hotel. So, if you can avoid it, do so. If you can’t, don’t expect a welcoming environment.

I made the mistake of booking a wrong date. By the time I arrived it was too late. The hotel gave me no consideration, no discounts nothing. Just had to book my 2 rooms again.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is near the main shopping stretch in Frankfurt

Good location, just a short walk to the old town and across the bridge from the Sachsenhausen neighbourhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was a great size for two people, and very clean. Cooling worked well for the hot weather.

The room has a direct view of the Rhine River, and the night view is nice. But parking is a bit complicated, and you have to take the elevator down...

The room price online does not include breakfast, which needs to be paid extra. It is close to the Main River and has a river view. However, the room on the fifth floor is on the roof, with an angle, and the space is small. The bathroom has a smell, and it is generally average.

The room is clean and tidy, the price is affordable, and what's especially good is that there is the beautiful Main River in front of the hotel.

In the center of Frankfurt, you can see the Main River outside the window. It is basically a five-minute walk from the Roman Forum, the Cathedral, and the Lover's Bridge, which is very convenient. There is an underground parking lot, which is very convenient.

Very nice hotel, in a relatively quiet location, on the banks of the Main River, with a view of the river from the window. Although close to the road, the soundproofing is very good when the windows are closed. The hotel service is great. I arrived on an early flight, and when they saw that I was with my child, they gave me a room early, which made it convenient to add an extra bed the next day. The room is relatively large, and it can be said that the price-performance ratio is excellent. The bathroom in the room has a shower and a bathtub, which is very convenient for me with a child.

Check-in was from 15:00. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was surprised that the position of the shower box and the toilet was too close😆

뷰가 너무좋고 방도 넓고 시내인접해서 도보로 다녔습니다. 앞에 산책하기도 좋아요. 조식을 신청하지는 않았습니다만, 주변에 아침일찍 여는 가게를 찾지못해서 이른 일정을 시작하신다면 조식을 신청해야할거같습니다. 짐보관서비스도 있습니다. 도시세는 퇴실할때 냈어요
