In general was ok, clean, location was good for our purpose and breakfast was to good standard. Only let down by some of the staff that seemed very glum and give basic answers to everything.

The room was not cleaned very much. I reported it to the front desk several times but no one came to clean it. I had no plan to do it for 3 days in a row. The service attitude at the front desk is pretty good. They will basically help solve other problems. You can ask the front desk to call a taxi. The front desk speaks English

This hotel is very close to the Frankfurt exhibition hall. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy things. The hotel room is more spacious than expected. The breakfast is nutritious and the fruit mix is ​​especially delicious!

The location of the hotel is okay. There is a small town 10 minutes away with supermarkets and food and drinks. There is a subway 10 minutes' walk away. It is 2 stops away from the central train station. It is very convenient to get to Messe and more than half an hour to the airport. Both the U and S lines are convenient. The hotel room is relatively large and the facilities are OK. The breakfast is just mediocre, not very friendly to Chinese stomachs. Bread and ham are all cold, boiled eggs are occasionally available, and everything else is cold. The waitress in the restaurant was also cold, just like the weather outside. Prices more than doubled during the exhibition.
