I booked a 30 sqm room with a matrimonial bed and a living area. I have been given a way smaller room, with a French bed and no living area. When I complained the uncorteous staff kept saying that ”the rooms in within standards”, without even proposing an alternative or a refund. I will never go there again. I am glad that booking.com gave me the refund they refused, recognizing my reasons. Ho prenotato e pagato una camera di 30 mq con letto matrimoniale e un'area salotto. E il personale, burocratico quanto scortese, ha continuato a dire che ”la camera rientra negli standard”, senza neanche proporre una soluzione alternativa o offrire un refund. Non ci tornerò mai più. A man entered the room in the middle of the night, and this happened the first night and logically the last. When we went to sleep and shut the lights, in less than ten minutes, we heard something pushing the doors of the balcony, which was also due to the room distribution (top suite for 4 people) right at the head of the beds. After forced the balcony the man entered and logically we started crying everything we could and went. This was because there were work and works sticked to the balconies of the rooms We called the hotel reception and there were no answers, we went down to the reception and there was no one. A shame. We took everything and went to another hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. We made him call the boss or whatever outside the hotel and he told us that that could not have happened, that if someone entered the room was because we knew him, that he didn't believe us. After this we took photos of the facilities and walks attached to the balconies and went to the Commission with a German friend and we filed a complaint that is already registered. When we took the photos we saw the receptionist checking out from our balcony that there were really walks by which ONWY CAN ENTER ONWY HOME force the doors. After this we talked again to him and he recognized the lack of security of the hotel and saying he was very sorry but his boss did not think as he did not believe us. The hotel's staff were very helpful and the staff were very helpful.

Old hotel, and was not sparkling clean. You can hear noises from outside. But location-wise is great if you have early morning train to catch, only 3 min walking, literally opposite the Frankfurt Central Station.

This is a 100 years old hotel; we choose this hotel because of the hotel interior has a very authentic look liken that you are in the 60’s feeling compared to modern building hotels. It looks old from the outside but it very cleans from the inside. All the rooms are big and renovated and very clean. There are fan and heater in the room. The hotel is located at the right side of Frankfurt HBF, very convenience for those travelling by train. Hotel provide welcome drink with champaign on arrival and also free flow of coffee and tea, cake in the reception area until 6.00pm every day. In the room the provide pepsi cola, orange juice, water and other soft drink in their refrigerator free of charge. Breakfast is Euro15.00 with salmon fish. We have read some negative review on outside the hotel but so far it is safe as we go in and out of the hotel many times. When you travel don’t show off all your valuable in any European countries. We stay at the room facing the back therefore it is very peaceful and quite at night. The receptionists both men and women are very friendly, helpful and good. Should we go there again we will consider this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. Its location near the subway and tram station made it incredibly convenient to not only explore the city but also get to the airport effortlessly. The automatic gate at the hotel was a lifesaver for someone like me with plenty of luggage. The staff were not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful, making my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Frankfurt!

The hotel is close to the long river, very modern and functional. Clean and very well organized rooms, though not huge. As in all Ibis Budgets, the washing machine is in the room, while water and shower have a separate cabinet. The single bed at the deck offers a good support plan (only take care of your head when you get up!), even if there are no boxes. Comfortable underground parking at 12 euros per night (conventionally).

Room is very clean,also pretty quite. Before checking in just see the comments mentioned that maybe will be dangerous as near to the Frankfurt central station,but everything is fine after living in.The apple in the receiving hall is pretty nice. Year 2025 I will be back again,will live here again.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.
