As a person who spends all their time in a power chair, it was very important for me to see the exact Bathroom set up in the room that I would be staying in period everyone says that they have a handicapped accessible bathroom but that can simply mean that grab bars are installed. Believe me, I have traveled a great distance more than once and found out that the bathroom was one that I could not even use! Lori, one of the employees there was able to snap pictures of the bathroom and shower area so that I could make the decision to book this room. Many places do not Care enough to take the time to do this period period this meant the world to me because I would be traveling 800 miles And needed to be 100% certain that this would work for me as I was traveling alone. They were very helpful all of the employees, and helping me with my bags.. I would definitely stay at this place again!
