Hotel Flora

We only stayed two nights at the Flora hotel but it was also a lot for the service we received. We had booked a junior suite with a hydromassage tub but found ourselves in a triple/family room with a shower and windows that couldn't be opened because in front of it there was a TV cabinet, an armchair and a desk. The TV only worked with Sky and was so dated that it didn't keep the channel programming, and you were forced to reprogram every time you changed channels. In the hotel fridge upon our arrival we didn't even find a bottle of water (there were 3 of us in the room). We waited the next day to understand if it was just an oversight.... but nothing. They cleaned the room superficially but not they replenished nothing. There was also a kettle in the room to prepare hot drinks, too bad there weren't even the chopsticks to stir the sugar in the two ****ing tea bags they had left. But the most serious thing was the bathroom drain that didn't take in any water. We reported it twice but nothing. We couldn't go to the bathroom because you couldn't flush the toilet! Bottom line, we preferred to bring forward the departure by a few hours to finally get home and use the toilets! At the time of payment and reporting, the receptionist, who was not at fault, did not even call the manager, not for a discount which was obvious from our point of view, but at least for an official apology. We are sorry to say that the service is not 4 star, we will not recommend it and we will not return.

beautiful, elegant, charming, sunny hotel, in a strategic position a stone's throw from the center where there are bars, restaurants, markets, cinemas, shops for shopping and more.... my breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners have always started from here, from this town and my place to stay is hotel flora

Room 231 which we needed forethought and light attention especially in the bathroom, quite dated and not completely finished (broken tiles, wear...) The hotel is wonderful externally and in the personal service...excessive payment for breakfast not adequate for the price. ..little choice rather low quality

Excellent structure, clean rooms, friendly staff, with ample parking and despite being in the center a pleasant silence reigns both in the garden and in the rooms. The sweet and savory buffet breakfast is included in the room price. I advise
