"We arrived late at night needing two rooms for four people as our plane was so late landing it was not safe to drive the three hours to our destination. Mihail was on the desk and was the most helpful and attentive and dealing with the additional needs of the guests. We had not prebooked we just found it on google maps and chanced it as it was so late. I am glad we did, i would certainly stay again"

"Local located just outside Rome on Tuscolana. Great outdoor spaces well maintained. The room where we had dinner is a bit dated: furniture, tents, snacks in the 1980s on the classic. We eat very well, both meat and fish. Very nice staff. Quick service. Clean room with internal parking available. "

"Excellent location to visit the beautiful Frascati ...being in the centre, even if this means paying the parking to the municipality if you arrive in car. Breakfast in Italian with excellent sweets made at home but also with good quality industrial products, yoghurt and fruit ...Salam and soda eggs for lovers of the salad. Our room was quiet and spacious with a terrace with a wonderful view. Of course the hotel is a bit date but it is its fascino...comunque is kept very clean by the excellent cleaners."

Very basic rooms, no fridge or kettle , very minimal breakfast but plenty of places to eat right in the vicinity which is perfect for shopping and had lovely little alleyways. Very safe area and 30 min train ride into Rome.... Plenty stairs to get down to station platform "
