This hotel is very bad. It discriminates against Chinese people. The guy at the front desk is very bad. He is from the Middle East or Afghanistan. He said that Ctrip did not make the reservation successfully and that he had to pay on the spot. When he heard that he wanted to communicate with Ctrip, he suddenly said ok, no problem, but asked to join the membership and It is recommended not to use Ctrip in the future!
The airport shuttle costs money and is a terrible experience!

I checked into the Munich airport Marriott on April 24th through the April 26th for business. I am a Titanium elite life time member. Let me say, this hotel is nowhere near the airport. It’s about a 15/20 minute drive away. The staff are polite and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the beds are very firm. In fact they’re uncomfortable. It seems that they don’t value member status at this hotel. No upgrade, I was given a basic room with an uncomfortable queen bed. I think I’ll book downtown Munich the next time I visit for work.

Sehr netter Empfang und bemühtes Restaurantpersonal. Chronisch unterbesetzt aber engagiert. Internetversorgung - unterirdisch - , arbeiten quasi nicht möglich. Für ein Airport Hotel weit unter Standard. Frühstück gut. Die unzureichende Infrastruktur der IT lässt leider alles andere schlecht erscheinen und ergibt den negativen Gesamteindruck. Auch hier entsteht mal wieder der Eindruck, daß kein gutes Personal für schlechte Bezahlung gefunden wird. Sehr schade für den Namen MARRIOTT.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Ein mega Frühstücksbuffet! Super Lage, nah am Zentrum, nicht weit weg von München und anderen tollen Städten. Eine sehr schöne Bar! Alles sehr sauber! Die Zimmer geräumig, tolles Bad. Möglichkeit zum Kaffee kochen. Ich komme wieder!
