The heater controller was locked and it was freezing cold at night. There was no one at the front desk to fix it.

Excellent value! The room was rather spartan but comfortable, although not different from other German hotels. The beds were comfortable, and the everything was in good order. The hotel was generally very clean. I would definitely consider staying again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Paid parking was in a garage located underneath the hotel. The only issue was that it was difficult to find a place to park while checking in since the street is quite narrow and there is no place to pull over in front of the hotel. There is parking across the street, but during business hours it is full. WiFi was good. Munich airport was about a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for those of us that do not need a lot of frills. There are enough. Rooms are spotless, staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Had to stay longer due to illness, and they treated me like family. Highly recommend. Also located near many outstanding restaurants.
