Fremont Hotels with Swimming Pools

I wasn't expecting much after reading mixed reviews, but so glad I opted to check it out before paying another $50 to stay at a more high end hotel in town. Karen at the front desk was welcoming & cheerfully let me see my room beforehand. We were under heat advisory so I appreciated that the room was already cooled down. Automatic front doors made bringing in luggage so much easier than trying to hold door open while wrangling luggage. Standard double, my room was very clean. Fridge w/freezer & microwave. Free wifi w/ample signal strength. Slept well on comfortable beds with bright white sheets. Generous supply of towels, also bright white. TV kept losing reception but that could have been weather related and was restored after a few minutes. Although I didn't partake, 15% discount offered at little diner out front. If all you want is a clean place to take a shower & get some rest, this is entirely adequate. Nothing fancy but a great value!

After a couple of very bad stays at other Wyndham hotels previously, I was so glad to finally get the kind of quality I've always expected from a Wyndham hotel. The staff was outstanding, very friendly, accommodating, and eager to answer any questions. The manager Dawn, does an outstanding job which is easy to see by the attention she gets from her employees. Jennifer the front desk receptionist was extremely, helpful and got me checked in in short time. The maintenance of the hotel exemplary, everything in good working order and very clean. The maintenance supervisor, Whitney, is responsible for a well maintained hotel. I felt like a king here, thanks to such dedicated employees. I recommend this particular Super 8 whenever in Bend Oregon, for comfort and value.
