Clean comfortable room with a spotless bathroom and shower. A little dated decor but no complaints as room price reflects this. All staff friendly and helpful and great breakfast.

I've just had a lovely spa break with my friends today. I thought it was a great value, for a spa with a treatment, swimming pool, sauna, and relaxation room. I particularly want to mention Lucy for her excellent back massage; I felt that it was tueely relaxing while she dealt with my tight back. Thank you!

we booked for 3 nights, a 4 poster bed for 1 night @£445 and 2 nights in a superior room for £389p/n - as it was convenient for Ascot its a VERY tired hotel. needs complete refit. i am sure it wouldnt command the price if it wasnt near Ascot. staff were pretty unhelpful.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, with a relaxed environment and lovely grounds. The rooms were clean, neat and well presented. I used the spa facilities whilst there, and I was not disappointed! I would highly recommend the hotel and spa.
