Location is very convinient, close to train and bus station, nice neiborhood... The hotel is more for solo travelers, it looks better on photos. However they have kept our stuff long after check out time, since it turned we were not sleeping there the last night. Convinient to go to Fuji mountain as well.

I stayed here for one night but my skin got itchy. I requested hotel to compensate me some but they didn’t respond any…and just keep silent.

The bath drainage was poor and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. There were few channels on the TV. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It's rare to find such an old and small house at this price in Japan. The wall is damp, the wallpaper is damp, and the sound insulation is poor.

I stayed there only for a night, but it was like a remodeled apartment, so it was not very comfortable. It was a little far from the station, but it was much easier to get to Fuchu Station. The foreign staff at the reception were very accommodating, but I think the room was uncomfortable.

The room had a peculiar smell and was very smelly. The furniture was old and there was a hole in the wall of my room. I could hear the noise from the opposite side. I was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night. I asked to change rooms but they were not changed. Overall very poor

In one word, it was the worst. I couldn't get any sleep because of the sound of water running from above, and in the morning I was in trouble because I couldn't get a single drop of hot water. So in the morning, I moved to a hotel next door belonging to the same group and took a shower, but neither of them seemed to understand much Japanese, so I frantically apologized. It wasn't helpful at all. It was the worst experience of my life and I don't want to stay there again. I wish I could get my accommodation costs back!

The room is a true yellow with resin, and the smell is also at an unusual level. There is no air purifier, and the smell gets worse when the air conditioner is turned on. It was hot, so I tried to turn on the air conditioner and go to bed, but the smell was so bad that I could not sleep. If you just want to sleep, what is a hotel that is inferior to a karaoke bar or a full-fledged hotel? Although it is a smoking room, I would like the room to be kept clean by cleaning, air purifier, and smoking rules. Without that, 16,000 yen for a room without meals is expensive.

Not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Especially the water circulation was terrible. I wonder if it can't be helped because it was an old building😢

The room is tidy, Complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service! The price is close to the people! It is very close to the subway station, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk there. There are also many shops nearby, so shopping and consumption are very convenient!
