Although this hot spring hotel has some history, it is well maintained. From the room or the viewing platform on the top floor, you can see a series of mountain views...beautiful! The room is well-equipped and clean. What's great is that at this price (more than a thousand Hong Kong dollars), one room and two meals are absolutely impeccable. Although the dinner was not luxurious, the tableware used was very Kaiseki style. I went to Japan three times after the full shutdown. The hot spring hotels that cost more than 3,000 yuan and stayed in are no longer the same as before. I have seen a few semi-self-service hotels with no waiters, and I am disappointed. The breakfast arrangement is Japanese style + semi-buffet, which is very good. Overall it's top-notch!

Many of the hotels in Isawa Onsen are old and I don't use them often, but I made a reservation because I got a good impression from the website after they were renovated. The room is a Japanese modern triple. It has been completely renovated and is very beautiful. There is no bath, just a shower, but there is also a large public bath, and you can reserve a private bath for free. For the meal, I upgraded and chose the Miyabi course. A style of Japanese cuisine where each dish is served one by one. All of the dishes had the flavor of the soup stock, and the portions were plentiful and satisfying! The public bath was interesting and spacious with a wine bath. Karaoke is also available at a reasonable price. And it's cheap and good value for money! ! I don't think you can find an accommodation of this quality at this price. Highly recommended. I will visit again.

I think this is probably the closest inn to Isawa Onsen Station. (A few minutes walk from the station). It's been over a year since I last used the service, but I'm always happy when someone says, "Thank you for using our service." This is one of my favorite accommodations in Isawa Onsen, and the beautiful interior has become even more beautiful after being renovated. The twin room I booked is a modern Japanese style, with a large bed, TV (you can watch YouTube), plenty of outlets, and a Bermuda kettle (easy to make coffee). The backrest cushion on the bed is flat, so it can be used as a cushion, which is useful when you want to sit on the tatami mat for a while. I used it to adjust the height of the pillow. The washroom area is stocked with lotions, a mirror for applying makeup, and a faucet for drinking water. Although I didn't use it, the bathroom in the room was also large. The public bath is unique in that it has a rotating men's and women's bath, and a wine bath. Very clean bathroom and laundry area. As soon as you get out of the bath, there is a rest area and several free massage machines. For dinner, this time I chose the light course seasonal gozen. This course is recommended for those who do not want to eat a lot, such as women and elderly people, so it is a course where you can stay at a reasonable price. I think this course is good because it will fill you up quite a bit. The restaurant is not a perfect private room, but the tables are spaced like private rooms, so you can eat without hesitation. Each item will be delivered at this pace. The good thing about this is that each portion is small, so you can finish the entire meal until the final meal. For wine, we BYO'd Yamanashi wine (corkage fee is 1000 yen). Breakfast was a half buffet with lots of side dishes and everything else. In the past, you could choose Japanese or Western breakfast, but now it's a half-buffet and there's bread, so it seems that Western food is gone. A large number of small red Sazanka flowers were blooming in the gardens and hedges of the inn. This is a very relaxing inn with a spacious and beautiful interior.

I stayed here after the renovation (July 2021). I like this hotel because it is very clean, but the renovation has made it even more beautiful. The front desk used to be rather bureaucratic, but this time the customer service at the front desk has changed and improved. The room has also been renovated and is a very comfortable Japanese modern twin room. The interior is stylish, and the Bermuda kettle (coffee is also available) and cups are modern, and there is a double sink and a water purifier in the wash area. My wife was watching YouTube on the large TV. The bath is still as clean as ever, and you can enjoy a wine bath. There is also a massage chair (some are for women only) in the rest area after the bath, and using it after the bath is a blissful moment. Dinner and breakfast in the enclosed dining area with a view of the garden are very satisfying and delicious.
